What exactly is XposedTube? Someone whom I believe is the creator of this streaming video site started spamming forums asking people to visit the site and surprise surprise, it is a adult site that touts ADULTS VIDEO BROADCASTING - Get Access to tonnes of XXX Videos Updated Daily.
Some forummers were obviously unhappy with the actions of this site owner and decided to try and trace him/her down and what resulted was a display of the power of the internet today. The original forum thread is available here.
Basically, the CSI sleuths managed to determine that the domain is registered in Singapore under the following information!

Some chivalrous guys reported the site for fake whois information and the site went down for a while having been reported to both Singapore and Malaysia authorities.
Finally, as of this posting, the whois information got updated to an Argentine.
While there is money to be made online and it is common knowledge that the porn/sex industry is one of the most profitable, a lesson needs to be learnt that nothing you do online is truly anonymous. Do not try to do things against the law for there are still codes of ethics when you are on the internet. When there is sufficient backlash against you for your inappropriate actions, you are going to be under a lot a lot of heat
See beyond the obvious to reach a higher level of understanding of how things unravel. Statistics can be manipulated, media reports can be biased, what you see just may not be what is real.

Director Jack Neo
Director Jack Neo, 梁导演.
I keep finding it weird that such a naming is being used to refer Jack Neo. It appears that there is some extreme sense of insecurity that it becomes necessary to constantly try to tag his name with the word director.
Who exactly is Jack Neo? The best memories of him dated back to when he first emerged on the comedy scene a long time back. There were good ideas that brought many laughs to the common population. However, over time, these ideas got stale and a lack of ideas started seeing ideas from taiwanese variety shows being copied. The nail in the coffin was when the programmes started using canned laughter... the humour was so stale that there was no longer the spontaneous laughter from the audiences.
In time, Jack Neo branched into making movies and came up with a few good productions. There were of course also some productions that did not perform.
While Jack Neo had made a few movies, does that really warrant having to constantly address him as Director Jack Neo? Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, John Woo, Tim Allen and many many more famous directors are not constantly referred to as Director XXX. Their fame speaks for themselves and the mere mention of their names conjures the term of directors.
While Jack Neo may have dreams of trying to become a famous director, constantly using director together with his name just highlights the desperation and insecurity that he is facing in trying to get recognised as a director.
In life, many things are accorded to you when the masses believe you deserve it and trying to force its speedy realisation while the time is not yet ripe may jolly well backfire and put the desire further and further out of reach.

Princess-michie

Michelle Quek aka Princess-michie is the latest blogger to get herself into the limelight via some incidents on the internet. Seems like people are not learning that putting pictures of yourself or your personal views on the internet means that it is being made available for public access.
Sometimes it really makes me wonder if these people are actually attention seekers. If the information is not what they intend to make public, then it makes perfect sense to protect it or not even put it up initially.
Tammy NYP gained notoriety. Xiaxue uses the attention gained to make money. Princess-michie? Maybe up and coming but exactly how I am not sure at this moment. Making a police report and getting yourself featured in the newspapers is not exactly my idea of a smart move, just highlighting the lack of thought that went into what was initially done.

Bloggers must understand always remember that what goes into the public domain is subject all sorts of possible abuse.
What a sad way it is to get into the news...
